Batch requires you to select an exam title — it returns the latest Punjab University semester snapshot per student for that specific exam. Bulk only needs roll numbers; no title required. It queries the backend directly, returns each student's full semester history, and groups results per student with individual CGPA breakdowns.

Absolutely. Once a search completes, the toolbar above the results shows two options: Save PDF (opens a print-ready report in a new tab) and Export CSV (downloads a spreadsheet-ready file immediately). Both work for Single, Batch, and Bulk PU results.

Why is the PU global search slow?

Accepted Answer

Global search has no department filter, so the backend must query across every Punjab University department sequentially until a match is found. Selecting a specific department from the dropdown makes lookups significantly faster.

Why is Bulk PU search taking a long time?

Accepted Answer

Bulk search checks the cache first and returns cached rolls instantly. Any uncached roll numbers are scraped live from PU servers in batches of 10. Selecting a specific department narrows the scope and speeds things up considerably.

Is my personal PU result data being stored?

No personal data is stored on any server we control. Results are only held in your browser's temporary session memory for quick access while you remain on the page — once you close the tab, nothing persists.
